Julie this is a brilliant article with some great tangible actions to take. I recently took on my first hire to delegate away the tasks that suck my time and don't allow me to work on the business

Julie, this was a very helpful blog post. Question: do you think it applies to both men and women? I think we handle time management and tasks very differently. The advice may work for both, but I see some gender differences...can you please address this? Also, there may even be some age differences between GenXers and Boomers (and then Boomer offspring), Thanks.

Very helpful. I usually have an extensive to-do list that is tied into my schedule. I can see how comparing my to-do items with my goals will help me optimize my time. Thanks Julie. atlantafamilystyle.com

It gets easier to manage time and more efficient with software. Even you could streamline your work and get to know how to spend your time on and which to kind of tasks. Previously, I have faced the same kind of situation, hence I started to search for a solution on my own. Finally, I ended up with time recording software from Replicon. I have used it and found it greatly helpful in managing my time and schedule.
